We are making significant and pleasing progress in Jumeirah Heights. Our biggest landmark is that we have signed a Letter of Acceptance with Consolidated Contractors International and Al Shafar General Contracting for work on the Fronds.
We are extremely happy with these appointments, which means that our mutual expectations of the highest standards can be met with these Class A contractors on board.
Both contractors are being mobilised and set up is 95 per cent complete. Excavation work is also almost completed while pile head trimming has finished.
I want to thank buyers for choosing this unique development. We can see our vision moving forward every day. We are excited about this development knowing you will be amazed when you see the finished product. Clusters started to take its shape!!
Significant progress has already been made in both the East and West sectors. And the roof floor slabs are progressing well in buildings A, B and D, as well as the 5th floor slabs for Buildings C, F and E. To date we are proud to announce that we have more than 1650 workers on site at any given time, and the Clusters work is progressing as planned. We are pleased to announce that the Clusters are scheduled for completion in June 2009 .....
