• Construction is 80% complete.

Fronds
• Construction in Towers A & D is progressing well.
• Slab work has reached the 11th floor.
• Approximately 1 floor is completed every 2 weeks.

LOA letter of acceptance has been signed for both Al Shafaar and CCC
Our biggest landmark to date is that we have signed a letter of Acceptance with Consolidated International and Al Shafar General Contracting for work on the Fronds. We are extremely happy with these appointments which means that our mutual expectations of the highest standards can be met with these Class A contractors on board .....

Clusters started to take its shape!!
Significant progress has already been made in both the East and West sectors. And the roof floor slabs are progressing well in buildings A, B and D, as well as the 5th floor slabs for Buildings C, F and E. To date we are proud to announce that we have more than 1650 workers on site at any given time, and the Clusters work is progressing as planned. We are pleased to announce that the Clusters are scheduled for completion in June 2009 .....
